RICARDO FROTA ECOLOGY OF SOUND

Ricardo Frota builds this instrument using
ordinary household tools and recycled materials
he found in his basement, plus neat things
he picks up on shopping trips to Goodwill.
Ricardo guides us through he project as he works
making it super easy for us to try this ourselves.
When he's done building it he finishes by playing it for us
creating a lively and inspiring experience!

This is the whole episode, 'Ricardo Frota - Ecology of Sound'.

Ricardo Frota plays several of his handbuilt instruments.

Ricardo has made a cello from a found tree trunk and one long piece of wire and he plays it for us.

A discarded Christmas tree
becomes an instrument in Ricardo's hands.
